These Terms And Conditions are applied all over India and Suyash Packers And Movers holds the right to modify or change them any time without prior notice.

1. Payment Terms:

Payment shall only be payable into the designated Suyash Packers and Movers account.

2. Services Offered:

We specialize in packing and moving services. However, we do not undertake electrical, carpentry, or plumbing jobs.

3. Transportation Liability:

Transportation charges are based on prevailing market rates. Suyash Packers and Movers or its agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from accidents, pilferage, fire, rain, collision, or any other road or driver-related incidents.

4. Insurance Recommendation:

To mitigate risks of loss or damage during transit, we strongly advise customers to insure their consignments comprehensively against all risks. Insurance charges will be on demand, and the customer will bear these charges. A carrier risk note will be provided from the insurance company upon individual policy issuance or receipt.

5. Booking and Cancellation:

Advance booking confirmation requires a non-refundable deposit.

6. Responsibility of Goods:

Suyash Packers and Movers will exercise utmost care in handling and transporting your goods. However, customers are advised to ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled.

7. Delivery Times:

While we strive to adhere to agreed-upon delivery schedules, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or road traffic may cause delays. We will keep customers informed of any such delays.

8. Additional Charges:

Additional charges may apply for services not included in the initial quotation or for any additional services requested by the customer.

9. Claims:

Any claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within a specified timeframe after delivery. Claims will be processed in accordance to the insurance company claims procedure.

10. Force Majeure:

Suyash Packers and Movers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

11. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes or differences arising out of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation, failing which they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of the company's registered office.

12. Amendment of Terms:

These terms and conditions may be revised or amended by Suyash Packers and Movers from time to time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
